Business Coaching That Helps You Get Unstuck and Build the Business You Actually Want

Running a business shouldn’t feel like constantly putting out fires. But for many service providers and small firm owners, it does—because they’re not just running a business. They’re buried in it. At Rebel Patriot Business Services , we provide business coaching that brings clarity, confidence, and systems to overwhelmed entrepreneurs so they can get out of survival mode and into real growth.

Our coaching isn’t about trendy buzzwords or 20-hour workweeks. It’s about helping you create a business that actually works—for your goals, your lifestyle, and your bottom line.

If you relate more to the image on the left , it’s time to get your path right .

Our clients don’t just get “accountability”—they get aligned. We help them go from burnout to breakthroughs by fixing what’s really keeping them stuck: broken workflows, unclear messaging, under-priced services, and reactive decision-making.

Speaking From Experience

I started Rebel Patriot Business Services after scaling a factory machinery sales business by 131%—adding $17 million in revenue and expanding from one territory to four—in just 15 months . While that level of growth looked impressive on paper, behind the scenes it came at a cost: burnout, a lack of infrastructure, and the realization that hustle alone doesn’t create sustainable success. I delivered results, but the leadership around me wasn’t aligned. Without the right support and vision at every level, instability became inevitable.

That experience taught me something essential: real, long-term success is built on structure, support, and measurable traction—not sheer effort.

Now, I bring that hard-earned insight to the clients I coach. Drawing from years of hands-on experience scaling operations and building resilient business models, I help service-based entrepreneurs—particularly attorneys, creatives, and solo business owners—build businesses they’re genuinely proud of, backed by the systems and support they need to grow confidently.

Here’s what one of my coaching clients had to say:

“I kept trying to grow by working more and marketing harder. What I actually needed was structure. Rebel Patriot helped me build offers that made sense, stop undercharging, and create a system that finally gave me breathing room. Within a few months, I was hitting my revenue goals without the chaos.”

What Business Coaching with Rebel Patriot Looks Like

We don’t offer generic coaching packages. Every client starts with a full review of their business to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what’s getting in the way. From there, we map out a custom strategy that combines support, structure, and momentum.

Here are the areas we often coach clients through:

✅Business Bottleneck Assessment

We help you uncover what’s slowing down your growth—whether it’s unclear pricing, inefficient systems, or simply doing too much without support.

✅Offer & Pricing Clarity

We help you refine your services so that they reflect your expertise, meet your clients’ needs, and align with your goals.

✅Operations and Workflow Strategy

From on-boarding to daily admin, we identify what’s draining your time and build repeatable systems to support growth.

✅Financial Coaching

We help you understand your profit margins, cash flow, and revenue targets—so your business decisions are based on real numbers, not guesswork.

✅CEO Time + Decision-Making Support

We show you how to protect your mental energy, carve out real CEO time, and make confident decisions for long-term success.
